Jacqueline Lymbertos Buickians – Founder & CEO

Jacqueline Lymbertos Buickians is the founder and CEO of JBA International, LLC. With more than two decades of experience running her company, Jacqueline has succeeded through her commitment to innovative ideas, customer service, and continuous process improvement.

Her company is built around her passion for understanding the needs of all people she works with. She started her career as a Software Consultant, working on projects for companies like Exxon, Mobil, and Shell. After being overloaded with many projects, she began working with others in her field having them help her with projects, in this way she started the staff-augmentation and consulting side of the company.

Jacqueline has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, her background includes work for Fortune 10 companies like Exxon, Shell, Mobile Oil, and Lockheed.

Shanmugam “Shanz” Subramaniam, Senior Vice President – India Operations

Shanz heads JBA Infotech in India. He has been working with people, processes and technology ever since he first graduated in engineering and management, and has extensive experience in the areas of in-house and outsourced software design, development, support and maintenance.

During the course of his career he has consulted for clients around the world and in a variety of industry domains, including insurance, finance and banking, telecoms, public transportation and manufacturing.

Dave Rosenthal – Vice President of Client Services

Dave Rosenthal is Vice President of Client Services for JBA International, LLC, where he is responsible for leading new business development, account management and public relations. Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in new product introductions, operational improvements and service delivery working with world-class firms such as Xerox, Deloitte, LPL Financial, Ameriprise, and Union Bank of California, as well as startups and incubators at the leading edge of technology. Prior to joining JBA, Dave provided strategic planning, marketing, vendor sourcing, partner relations, capital raising and product development consulting services. While at Deloitte, Mr. Rosenthal spearheaded the firm’s $50MM global IT transformation project and led ebusiness consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients, which included American Express, World Savings Bank, and Vivendi. As an operations consultant for Xerox, he managed a $400MM electronics manufacturing and finance division turnaround and directed numerous brand awareness and quality improvement initiatives, where his teams reversed the loss of market share and succeeded in winning the company’s first Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Dave holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Lynne Washburn – Vice President of Business Development

Lynne Washburn is Vice President of Business Development with JBA International. She has been an executive in the staffing industry for over 20 years and has specialized in full service staffing to her clients, which are both corporate companies and small start-ups. She has built branches and regions from $0 to several million dollars in revenue. She builds long term relationships with her clients and has worked with many of them for several years. Lynne was instrumental in taking AppleOne to the # 1 Employment Agency in Arizona and also taking Grafton Executive Search to the #2 Executive Search firm in Arizona. She started her career with Volt and has held Business Development and Executive positions with Ameritemps, AppleOne, RemX IT, and Grafton Executive Search. She brings a strong level of integrity, knowledge and excitement to JBA, her employees and her clients.

Al Guison – Vice President of Account Services

Al Guison is the Vice President of Account Services for JBA International LLC.
Al has extensive experience with technology and management consulting from working at Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers, and other startup companies. He has held account management roles for large corporations in financial services, manufacturing, brokerage and retail/distribution. His areas of specialization include application development, system integration, ERP, Business Intelligence and Enterprise reporting, IT strategy and legacy modernization. In his career, he has held positions as CIO, Senior Manager, Senior Vice President and Account Manager. Al holds an MBA from California State University Long Beach and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering focusing in Computers and Finance.

Raymond Ybarra – Vice President

Raymond “Ray” Ybarra is Vice President of Sales and Marketing with JBA International. Ray is an accomplished management consulting professional specializing in technology, governance, risk management and business process improvement. In the past he worked for Robert Half Technology, Shimasaki Consulting, and Jefferson Wells International where he was Director of Technology Risk Management. In addition he’s worked at Hewlett Packard, CGE&Y, Ernst & Young and Beatrice Foods. In his career, he has held different Senior Management positions. Ray is the current VP of SGV and on the Board of Directors for ITSMF (Information Technology Service Management Forum) and is a former member of the Board of Directors and past president of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Rebecca Davis-Hansen – Executive Account Manager

Rebecca Davis-Hansen is an Executive Account Manager with JBA International. Rebecca has worked with JBA in multiple roles for over a decade with success in creating new client relationships and recruiting for critical niche positions with our clients. In additional to her work on RFP’s, new business development, and client services she has been instrumental in mentoring and training new recruiters. Rebecca holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, an MSW in Clinical Services from the University of Michigan and a BA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
